Course Enrollment
Enrollment in any course is subject to availability and successful payment. UniVoice Language Institute reserves the right to refuse or cancel enrollment at our discretion. All enrollment decisions are final once confirmed by our admin team.
Payment Terms
All course fees must be paid in full before access to course materials is granted. Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and cash payments.
Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of enrollment. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team. After the 7-day period, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, templates, and projects, are the intellectual property of UniVoice Language Institute and its instructors. Students may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell any course materials without explicit written permission.
User Conduct
Students are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior in all interactions. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from courses without refund.
Limitation of Liability
UniVoice Language Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or course materials. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the student for the specific course in question.
Certification
Certificates are issued upon successful completion of all course requirements. Certificates may be revoked if it is discovered that requirements were not genuinely met or if academic dishonesty occurred.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
